Frank joined Zachary Scott at its inception in 1991 and specializes in mergers and acquisitions, valuation, and strategic advisory work. Frank has completed assignments in a wide variety of industries.

Prior to joining Zachary Scott, Frank was with Seafirst Bank in its Investment Banking Department, where he completed both merger and acquisition and financing assignments. Frank received his M.B.A. in finance from the University of Washington, a B.S. degree in economics from Oregon State University, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

Frank is on the board, and audit committee chairman, of Parametrix, Inc., a 100% employee (ESOP) owned multidiscipline engineering, environmental, and transportation consulting firm, with operations throughout the western United States. He is also on the board of Little Red Services, an oil field services company headquartered in Anchorage, Alaska, with operations primarily on the North Slope.

Frank also serves on the board of the St. Joseph School Endowment Fund and is a member of the CFA Society of Seattle and Financial Executives International (FEI).
