Bill co-founded Zachary Scott in 1991. Bill specializes in merger and acquisition and complex valuation and
corporate finance issues. Since 1986, he has advised on the valuation, purchase, or sale of a
wide range of middle-market companies.
Prior to founding Zachary Scott, Bill held various positions with Seafirst Bank's Investment Banking and International Banking
departments, including a three-year stint in the bank's London operations. Bill received his M.B.A. in finance from the
University of Washington. He also holds a B.A. in business administration from Western Washington University.
Bill is currently on the board of the Market Foundation, a non-profit organization created to support the Pike Place Market.
