Bill co-founded Zachary Scott with Mark Working. Bill specializes in merger and acquisition and complex valuation and corporate finance issues. Since 1986, he has advised on the valuation, purchase, or sale of a wide range of middle-market companies in his position as a principal of Zachary Scott and, prior to that, as Vice President and Manager of Seafirst’s Mergers & Acquisitions Department.

Prior to joining the Mergers and Acquisitions Department, Bill was assigned to Seafirst’s London operations after a number of years of lending experience in the International Division. While employed in finance at Boeing, Bill received his M.B.A. (Finance) from the University of Washington. He also holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Western Washington University.
