Liberty Equipment was a family owned business that distributed waterworks piping, valves, and fittings to the commercial and industrial market in Washington. The business faltered during a very competitive period and during which the owner and president passed away. The family decided that selling the business was the best for all.
Zachary Scott was engaged to sell the business.
Liberty Equipment was marketed to the major equipment distributors desiring positions in the market and was sold to Ferguson, an international waterworks distributor headquartered in the U.K.
