Premier Building Systems ("PBS") operated as a division of Premier Industries, Inc. ("Premier"). PBS is a manufacturer of structural insulated panels (SIPS) used in floors, walls, and roofs in residential and commercial buildings. SIPS consist of an expanded polystyrene core laminated between two sheets of engineered wood, thereby creating a highly insulated prefabricated wall, floor or ceiling. SIPS are used in a wide range of dwelllings. PBS operates from two West Coast.
